£0.01per metre

The Modern Archive Collection spotlights Liberty’s rich history of storytelling for every generation of modern interiors – the Lacquer colour story is inspired by buying expeditions of the late 19th century, with archival prints reimagined in jewel-like tones of cinnabar, coral and garnet.

Description

Strawberry Thief was designed by William Morris in 1883, and is part of a group of designs incorporating animals with flowers. Liberty first produced it as a furnishing fabric in 1979. Strawberry Meadowfield is a one-colour version of the original. It is expertly printed in Italy onto our Ladbroke linen – a beautiful heavyweight base created from pure linen. Ladbroke linen has an excellent drape due to its superior weight, and is also well-suited for use in domestic upholstery. The fine weave allows a beautiful print interpretation.
