Description
FuturLiberty is an exploration of the unexpected in the Liberty archive, resulting in a reinvention of Liberty Fabrics – inspired by, and celebrating the artistic movements of Futurism, Vorticism and a century of avant-garde.
In collaboration with expert textile mills in Italy, Belgium, and India, the subtle textures and details from the artwork have been carefully translated into a beautiful array of woven, embroidered, and printed fabrics. From surprising geometrics, lively abstractions, and rhythmic lines, this innovative Interiors collection combines the designer’s artistic sensibilities with expert craftsmanship.
Meticulously hand-painted in the Liberty Design Studio, in the heart of London, and expertly crafted in Italy, Belgium, and India.
Originally designed by Bernard Nevill for the 1965 Liberty Jazz collection, Trepak Weave has been reimagined into a playful three-dimensional design offered in three distinct colourways: Vesuvio, September, and Si!!. This interiors fabric is ideal for drapery, upholstery, and decorative accessories, such as cushions and blinds.
