Description
FuturLiberty is an exploration of the unexpected in the Liberty archive, resulting in a reinvention of Liberty Fabrics – inspired by, and celebrating the artistic movements of Futurism, Vorticism and a century of avant-garde.
In collaboration with expert textile mills in Italy, Belgium, and India, the subtle textures and details from the artwork have been carefully translated into a beautiful array of woven, embroidered, and printed fabrics. From surprising geometrics, lively abstractions, and rhythmic lines, this innovative Interiors collection combines the designer’s artistic sensibilities with expert craftsmanship.
Meticulously hand-painted in the Liberty Design Studio, in the heart of London, and expertly crafted in Italy, Belgium, and India.
In response to a Bernard Nevill design from 1964, Paramount Linen includes a variety of hand-drawn shapes, spontaneously pieced together to create a dynamic landscape. Printed in warm grey and cream tones on a chunky linen base cloth, Paramount offers a calm painterly geometric. Suitable for both drapery and upholstery.
